At Ed and Leute LLC, we provide over 2,000 products to federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private businesses. Your role will be to identify, attract, and onboard talented sales professionals who can drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier sales professionals
- Manage the hiring process from outreach to onboarding
- Develop strategies to attract candidates who thrive in commission-based roles
- Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting, preferably in sales or government contracting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring pipelines
