Shipping
Standard delivery: Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our national distribution network and arrive within 2–5 business days across Texas and the continental United States.
Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on orders over $150; flat $21.95.
Government & contract customers: Deliveries under an active contract are made F.O.B. destination with freight included — no delivery fees, per your contract terms.
Large or heavy items: Furniture and oversized items may require additional transit time; we will contact you with details after your order.
Returns
30-day returns. If you're not satisfied, most unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, plus a restocking fee.
How to start a return: Call 214-609-7551 or email us with your order number. We'll issue a return authorization and instructions. Please don't ship items back without an authorization number.
Damaged or wrong items: If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 1 business days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Items that can't be returned: Opened toner/ink, food and breakroom consumables, special-order and custom items, and dated goods (calendars/planners) after the season starts.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving the return. Contract customers are credited on account.
