These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the purchase of products from Ed & Leute LLC ("Ed & Leute," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing. We are a distributor of sanitary paper, janitorial, office, medical, safety, and related facility supplies. We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and pricing accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices, availability, and specifications at any time without notice.

Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance.

Payment. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other terms have been agreed in writing or established under an approved contract or purchase order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and delivery. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Returns and refunds. Returns, restocking fees, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Government and contract orders. Orders placed under a government contract, GSA Schedule, or purchase order are additionally governed by the terms of the applicable contract or vehicle, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Warranties. Products are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except as required by law, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ed & Leute LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual property. All content on this site is the property of Ed & Leute LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
