Ed & Leute LLC — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of edandleute.com and any purchase of products from Ed & Leute LLC ("Ed & Leute," "we," "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Purchases made under a government or institutional contract, purchase order, or written quote are additionally governed by that agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.
Products and pricing. We make every effort to display products, availability, and pricing accurately. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel orders, including after an order has been placed.
Orders and payment. Retail orders are payable at checkout. Qualified government and institutional customers may purchase by approved purchase order under net terms. We reserve the right to require credit approval before extending terms.
Government & institutional sales. Ed & Leute LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and GSA contract holder (Contract 47QSWA23D002R). Contract pricing, tax-exempt purchasing, and quote requests are handled by our contracts desk at support@edandleute.com.
Shipping and returns. Shipping timelines are estimates and are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Warranties. Products are provided with any manufacturer warranties that apply. Except as required by law, products are otherwise provided "as is," and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ed & Leute LLC's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
