Scarab Tri-Fold Cutter

The ASP Scarab Cutter presents the first compact, easily carried, lightweight cutter specifically designed for disposable restraints. The tool employs compound leverage that will safely sever restraints that have been applied to a subject without presenting a weapon that can be used against the officer.
