Methodology (Plain English)
- The independent laboratory installed a wall-mounted UV-C air-disinfection unit — representative of the UV-C technology used across this product line — in a room measuring 22 ft long × 14 ft wide × 10.5 ft high.
- To isolate the unit’s performance, the facility deactivated its existing safeguards — HEPA filtration, hardwired UV-C ducting, and the associated timers — leaving the UV-C unit as the sole air-disinfection measure.
